Kenya Airways Issues Alert on Possible Flight Delays and Cancellations

Kenya Airways has issued an urgent customer update on potential flight disruptions following an ongoing strike by certain staff members at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

In a statement released on Wednesday, September 11, the airline alerted passengers that these disruptions may cause delays and possible cancellations for both departing and arriving flights.

"Kenya Airways would like to alert you that due to the action by some JKIA staff, this has resulted in some delays and possible cancellations of some of our flights for both departing and arriving passengers," the statement read. "We continue to observe the situation and will update you on the affected flights."

The airline expressed regret for the inconvenience and reassured passengers that they are closely monitoring the situation.
